I'm following the TF Class Schedule. Today was HIIT 15 & Stretch 10. What's everyone else up to?

    I'm on week 6. Today it's gonna be fire 30+sculp30. I haven't seen any result since I started but that's because of my terrible eating habits. I feel stronger though. Yesterday I did fire 55 and by the end I was full of energy. When I did it the first time...after 30 min I felt like dying!
  • Hi, I'm on my 1st week and just did fire 55. I'm loving turbo fire so far!! I'm eating well but have had some bad stuff too. Well we can't b perfect all the time! Lol

    Week 6?!? Wow that's excellent. Keep up the good work and keep pushing play. You'll get the eating together.

    DawnM3007 - This is my first week too; and my first workout. It was a struggle for me to push play; but I'm glad I did. Hang in there. Looking forward to hearing how your workout goes tonight. Today is a rest day for me, so I'll probably do a kettlebell workout.

    Me either! I'm so excited! And the greatest thing about it is we'll all be able to post it around the same time LOL. That's cool to me :)

    I didn't workout today or yesterday:( had to be with my mom at 7 am yesterday while she had minor surgery...so i ended up sleeping all day after. Today i went to get my hair braided and for those that know what that's like....Major headache! So i will be getting back into it tomorrow hopefully my hair will loosen up enough. I love turbo fire. It really feels harder to me than Insanity!

    Yip get right back on that horse! We can't dwell on yesterday all we can do is try harder today/tomorrow :) And really? Insanity scares me LOL but I want to try it one day. Seems very challenging like P90X.

    it's so motivational to know we are all on the same boat! Somedays it's difficult for me to push play...sometimes I come home from work all stressed and tired, sometimes I'm just bored, sometimes I just lose focus BUT knowing I'm not alone in this 'I wanna get fit' experience....is just nice! ;)
