Saturated fat intake?

My baby is 6 months old. She just started solids but still drinks about 32oz of breastmilk per day.

When I eat clean, even if I'm eating enough calories, I feel terrible all day long. Naseauted, dizzy, ect... I get in a good mix of protein, fat, and carbs. When I eat junk food, even if I eat too little calories, I feel great.

No one has been able to tell me why this is and I've been going crazy trying to figure it out. Anyone else have a similar experience?

The only thing I can possibly think of at this point is my saturated fat intake. I read today that breastmilk has a high percentage of saturated fat. Maybe when I'm eating clean I have very little saturated fat intake and it makes me feel yucky?

Any thoughts?

I have absolutely no idea, but I would love to hear what others have to say.
