Name other than Sobriety

Thanks for this group. Good to be a part of the community. What is it when you are choosing not to drink? Sobriety does not seem to fit. It brings with it so many connotations. I exercise, eat right, and finally have decided that drinking no longer fits my healthy lifestyle. If you ever read about the effects of alcohol on the body, it makes you think twice about not drinking at all. So what is a good description word for choosing not to drink not because you have to or else.
