What comes next?

We're nearing the finish line and I'm curious about everyone's plans. Will running be part of your regular routine? Moving onto a new challenge? Or have you decided running is just not your thing?

I've found (much to my surprise!) that I like the consistency of the running pattern, the solitude of jogging, and the feeling of meeting the goals as they increase each week. I'm really proud of myself for coming as far as I have. I think I will continue with a 3-day a week pattern and focus on improving my pace. I'm also going to mix in more weight training days to build strength.

Anyone else have thoughts on what comes next?

I plan to keep running. I can't say that I love it (I never have), but I do love the fact that I can do it and when get to the end of a run, I feel like a rock star!

I'm not overly concerned about picking up my pace. I usually run at around 5.4 miles an hour. Not fast, but then I have a knee injury and tendinitis in both feet, so it's a comfortable pace that doesn't leave me hurting after I run. However, I would like to improve my distance a bit!

I actualyl asked this exact same thing in the big C25K group recently!

I have found personally that to my intense surprise I really, really like running. I am going to switch to running 3m on M/W and Saturday gradually work up to longer and longer runs; there is a 15K I want to run in November with my husband.
