Hey all,
I just thought it'd be nice to have a topic to share some favorite recipes. I made a chocolate cake yesterday...at 172 calories per serving and it was awesome! I use the mini-loaf pans- 4 of them and cut the loaves into 5 pcs. each making 20 slices. It's totally simply and no...you can't taste the pumpkin.
1 box of any kind of chocolate devil's food cake
1 29 oz. can of pure pumpkin
sugar free vanilla syrup
unsweetened cocoa
2 egg whites
I mix the cake and pumpkin together adding spoonfuls of pumpkin until it's creamy then add about 4 tbls of the syrup and 2 tbls of the cocoa. I baked them at 350 for about 45 minutes and then did the knife check, it baked probably another 10 minutes til the knife came out clean.

Ok, here's another one: Hummous it's usually high in fat b/c of the tahini. I use silken tofu instead and one drop of sesame oil!
For a double batch (fills a quart bag)
2 cans garbanzo (or navy for a tuscan twist)
2 cloves of garlic (or more if you're adventurous)
1 tbls lemon juice (add some zest if you like it a little lemonier)
1 carton silken tofu
1-2 drops of sesame oil
4 tbls olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
process all but the olive oil and then drizzle in slowly til you get the desired consistency0
