Happy Thursday Challengers!

It's reason to smile day! Really you should have a reason to smile everyday! but today is the day we acknowledge them. My reason for smiling today is kind of odd lol. I'm smiling because I am in pain... I am so absolutely sore from strength training the last couple days. I can barely walk or sit down, and I LOVE IT! It means I'm working hard and my body is recognizing it.

What are you smiling about today?

  • I'm smiling because as of yesterday, I am no longer considered Obese!!!! My BMI moved from Obese to higher range of Overweight. I have not seen that in years so it is very exciting for me! Even though that was yesterday, I still can't stop smiling! It was a HUGE victory for me!!
  • Good job girls!!! I have a love/hate relationship for being sore after working out! haha Love it because I worked hard, hate it because it hurts to move! lol

Amazing job on the BMI chart! That's awesome!

I'm smiling because I hit 15 lbs lost today! Woohoo! And the weather is beautiful outside!!! And I had last night off, and have tomorrow night off, I'm excited!

    Great work everyone!

I am smiling today because I have my walking partner back. My chocolate lab wasn't feeling well for a about week & wasn't able to walk with me, I was lonely. Her first day back was today and it made my day & her day!

It has been a super rough week and I haven't smiled too terribly much- but I think that I can still smile knowing that even the rough days function to improve me and make me stronger. Even when I feel as though I am failing, there will be a lesson learned and brighter days ahead.
