Victor Cabedo (23); the Euskaltel-Euskadi rider was hit and killed by vehicle near his home in Spain

Yet another bicycle rider dies due to an accident with a motor vehicle. I don't know what the circumstances around the incident are, but the outcome is very sad all the same!
