Feeling dispondant as i havent been able to workout this week cus of being poorly and havent been tracking food well as just havent had the energy, i was so excited for this challenge and have got off to such a bad start gotta push myself as soon as i am better, and could def do with the support so people please feel free to add me if you think you can help!0

For the challenge, my goals are:
Average 5 hours (sessions) per week of cardio (swimming)
Average 3 hours (sessions) per week of lifting (to begin once I reach earlier goal of 50 pounds down)
Lose 40 pounds (Sept. 17th to Dec. 17th, my weigh ins are on Mondays)
Eliminate the processed foods from my diet.
Initial weight 474
One Week in 471 (down 3 for challenge)
I got my three sessions of weight lifting in but only got in four sessions in the pool. I'm not extremely bothered by that because I needed more rest due to being pretty sore from starting a lifting routine. That said, I will be disappointed if I don't get them in this week. My diet was okay. The food I was really trying to cut back on was frozen pizza. While I didn't have that this week, I did end up having bologna for lunch a couple days for lunch. I'll cut that out once the package I have is gone by not purchasing any more.

The scale did not move for me. I am not complaining at all just yet. Just have to hit the workouts harder and eat alot better. I am strong and can do this. The next weigh in will be better.0

Ok I have fallen hard. No energy. Weather has been very wet so I have been stuck in the house. I'm afraid to weigh myself cause I don't want to dispair. Guess only way back is to drag myself out of bed and stumble into the gym. I'm sick of seeing the 220s. Oi. Losing weight is so hard. Especially when you love to eat!0

No weight loss this week. I'm happy with that as I've been away in sunny Mallorca for 2 weeks and have not gained any weight. Started the challenge properly yesterdzy, hopefully a good weight loss next week

no weight loss yet since the beginning of the challenge, but I've been doing some extra strength work outs so I'm definitely feeling body composition type changes. will check my measurements in a week or two as well, they've got to be changing. In the meantime trying to drink enough water, and stick to a good routine until the scale shifts! hopefully next week I'll have some numbers to report!
