Second gym accident

Bah! First gym accident happened shortly after I started there in April. Picked up a 20 kg plate and tried to put it away, instead smacked the back of my hand on the rack...ugh! Bruise, ice pack, could still carry on with session.
Second gym accident, last night, warmed up with some rowing, goblet squats, bent over rows as some young men were hogging the squat rack. Pulled the 20 kg plate off the rack, didn't see the 2.5 kg in front of it, BAM! It landed on my right foot. Instant bruise and huge pain. Ice pack, sore toes, wrapped foot (carry round that self sticking bandage in my cycling bag in case) before sadly cycling home. Not going to chance doing anything heavy this weekend, really itching to, do not think toes are broken, they are very sore and very purple though.
