I use coupons...But, want to be a extreme couponer! Holly, read your post, I loved that show extreme coups..I think it would be challenging and fun! also, save money! Win..Win.. I would love to have a stockpile..Looking forward to learning how to do this:-)

    I started by watching the show first,the i went to the site thekrazycouponlady.com and got her book,plus your site is fantastic it helps a lot. I buy 3-6 papers every Sun.and go on websites to also get them plus I have 3 computers so i triple my number of coupons.

    You also buy them online the website is thecouponclippers .com i do this at least once a month.
    I also have 2 freezers & 2 fridges,ansd a stockpile in my basement, I told my husband I need more shelves,but they need to go into another room of basement, it's ok we have a big basement,my husband loves that i do this,i got a lot of free stuff not just food,I never buy anything without a coupon or a discount. My daughter comes shopping to push a cart & if i need to her boyfriend comes also.
    also go facebook to products you like press like button you can get them there to plus sometimes they will send coupons to your e- mail.

    Great info! You are way ahead of me in the game!! :) Also you can email companies directly and request coupons. Most will send you several 2 times a year. Once and a while you will get lucky and they will slip in a free product coupon!!

    I get free things from P&G couple times a year, just go to there website and fill out the form.I'll always fill out forms because i'll get a free sample ith coupons,then i try before i buy.

    The site WeUseCoupons.com is probably the best site out there. They have all the stuff the above sites have but they are strict advocates of correct coupon usage. The forum moderators will not allow trips that show incorrect coupon or store coupon policy usage or price matching. Couponers that do it incorrectly, either on purpose or inadvertantly, ruin it for everyone else.

    we all love to get free things, whether our free HBA items help us pay for the healthy food or we donate most of our freebies, we have to do it right or we will find far fewer deals/freebeies/high value coupons out there.

    So research couponing, find out which stores allow you to use which coupons with what sales and how to do it right. Its a fun, cheap, easy 'hobby' that can greatly benefit yourself and others if done correctly.

    I work alot, I am wondering about how much time you spend a week to attain your sucess?
    Also, what do you generally spend per trip to store?
