Hi Challengers!
How are you all doing?
Sorry for my absence. It's been a crazy couple of days and its about to get even crazier with moving and starting school and working lots. So like I've said before I would love for you guys to take some initiative and start our daily topics without me if you feel like its taking me too long to post. I hate to keep you all waiting but the duty of life calls lol. So I'm combining today and yesterdays posts.
Yesterday was motivational quote day and I definitely need it. These last couple days haven't been my best due to the lack of time and increase of stress on me so I didn't eat well. I had a few unhealthy choices but the bigger problem was that I just wasn't eating enough. I barely ate which is not the way to go! But I'm hoping after all the changes I can establish a good routine and get back on track! And the quote I'm choosing explains this well, that its okay to fall off the wagon.... as long as you get back on every time with the same determination you started with.
“Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.”–Winston Churchill
Today is the day to get it off your shoulders, tell us what you did well and what you'd like to improve on for this next week.
I hope you all have had a happy and healthy weekend. We still got this!

Hey Everyone! I've been sort of MIA all weekend. My husband and I have a house guest at the moment and it has been extremely hard for me to get online!
I hope everyone had a great weekend. Sorry I am posting so late!
For Saturday's post, here are a couple of motivational quotes that really help me when I feel like I'm not having such a great week/day:
Strive for progress, not perfection. -Unknown
If you don’t make mistakes, you aren’t really trying. -Unknown
For Sunday's post, I feel I did much better on eating my veggies...still not as good as I could do, but much better. Any improvement is a step in the right direction. I still did not meet my 10 mile goal (only made it to 4.75 this time). So, I will once again be having that as one of my weekly goals this week!
Let's have a great week everyone!!!0
