Weekly loss: 3.4 lbs
Total challenge loss: 5.60 -
I only lost 1 pound again, so that's 2 since we started - however I started the 30 day shred last monday and my measurements have shrunk and I know I'm gaining muscle which is heavier than fat, so I'm hoping in the next week or 2 it will show up on the scale :-)0

Had a hard time this weekend because my shoulder was really REALLY hurting on Friday after work. It caused me to skip the gym and any working out all weekend. It is feeling better today so I am going to attempt a spin class tonight! I also decided that I can't buy any more clothes until I get under 180. So when finally get under 180 I will have a little reward and celebration.0 -
I didn't WI yesterday but Thursday's WI was down 1.5 lbs. I had a bad weekend, my daughter had a sleepover and there were snacks a plenty so we'll see what this Thursday brings. I figure I can make up for it over the next coupla days. Good job everyone!0
