I'm so glad everything is moving in the right direction now, a few pounds lost and my measurements are dropping happily off :D Im almost half way to my original 20lbs to lose goal, Id be happy if I dropped another 3lbs as that puts me in the "healthy weight bracket" ...... I hope you ladies are doing well :)

    Yipee! On Tuesday, I reached the next goal on my list: I broke 150 pounds!

    My measurements weren't as good. I had some major changes the last time,but only small ones this time, with some going in the wrong direction. There was some improvements in the waist/hip/thigh … which pleases me. A little gain in the boobs, which my husband will like! Since it's been a little over a month since I've been able to exercise, I'm only slightly disappointed.

    I have lost a total of 8.6 pounds since we started this challenge. My next goal is for a total of 10 pounds before we finish the challenge. (Another 1.4 pounds) My secret goal is to break 145 before we finish … <shhhh!> (4.8 pounds in 4 weeks). My chiropractor wants me to do a 10-day detox very soon, so that might do it! :)

    7/9: 158.2 < Up 0.6
    7/1: 155.4 < Down 2.8
    8/3: 155.4 < One month, no progress???
    8/14: 154.4 < Down 1 pound

    Total: Many fluctuations in the inches from 8/29 to 9/26, but net change is 0!
