Is anybody here low-carbing?

I'm almost done with Month 1 of Insanity and throughout the past three weeks I've brought my carb intake down from 150 to 30 carbs. I want to give this low-carb thing a try because of all the articles I've been reading. It seems to really benefit the body. I was just wondering if anyone else is on a low-carb diet while also doing Insanity? And if so, is it working for you or do you feel like you need carbs to stay energized?

    I used to try and watch carbs.. until I actually finished Day 1. Haha. Personally, I needed more energy. So right now, I just try to eat clean and make sure the carbs I eat are mostly whole grains (except for right after the workout when you need more simple sugars).
  • I'm low carb and just started insanity. I have hypothyroid and low carb helps me with weight being hypothyroid.

    I'm doing 40/30/30 and it seems to be working great!
