As the mother of a baby and a toddler I haven’t had time for exercise-(read: poor fitness level)- but its finally time to change that. I’ve recently starting running again and this week I made the decision to complete Insanity.

I’ve only finished day 2 and I am just a big ball of soreness. Even my fat hurts. So do I give myself one day of recovery and come back stronger tomorrow? Or do I push through today with less intensity? What do you suggest?

    Hi ThisCanadian,
I was in the same boat as you...I have 4 kids, youngest being 2. I needed an at home program to lose that belly fat I had gained and also to get tone. Insanity was the first program I completed..and fully completed! My day 2 was complete muscle fatigue too.. but I pushed through still on day 3, 4, etc....The soreness will lessen over time. Don't give up! You can do it. I didn't think I would stick with it but I did!! Let me know if you want to check out my results its a good motivator. Good luck!

Thanks! I pushed through it yesterday and had almost no aches today(!)

I would love it if you shared your results. This helps keep me inspired to press on.
