    I lost nothing but gained nothing. Stayed at 200lbs.

    Good for you I'm losing inches but not weight. I've been adding strength training because I don't want a lot of flappy skin when I reach goal weight. I may not get to 10 pounds this time.:ohwell:

    I'm doing both, though currently my cardio is at a 3:1 ratio with my weights. As I lose more I'll bump up my weights, I am already lifting heavier than I was three months ago :)

    I really wish I could knock out those last three pounds this next week, I'd love to see the scale under 200 lbs!

    A little late again, sorry guys!

    This week: 198.25!!!!
    Finally hit under 200 pounds!!!! That's a 11.5 pound lost these last five weeks.
