Not doing so hot this week with this challenge. Went away for the weekend with my husband and still walked a ton and stayed under my calorie goal
so tomorrow, I will get back to it
I looked at all the progress we are all making and it is FANTASTIC!!!! You all ROCK

Oct 1st - Lunch - McDonald's Mighty Ceaser Salad (No Dressing) - 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce.
I started on a new site and there is nowhere healthy to eat... I had to resort to McDonald's for lunch. Although I had the salad, so it should not be so bad, it still feels like I have a rock in my stomach and it leaves this almost slimy aftertaste.. I have to come up with a solution... Obviously packing a lunch would be the best alternative, I just never find the time...:ohwell:

So I have been really bad at doing the jumping jacks because I forgot that was part of the challenge.
So I need to do like 250 or something like that if I want to do just the 50 a day. Otherwise I need to do 500 by tomorrow afternoon. I will see what I can do.
