Hey y'all. I'm starting this program on October 8th after I complete a Tough Mudder on the 6th. I've been doing lots of HIIT, Crossfit-type stuff and I really miss straight up heavy lifting. I can't wait to start Strong Lifts and see how strong I can get!

My gym has a women's 35-lb olympic bar, so I will probably start off on everything with 35 lbs except for the deadlift. I haven't lifted heavy since January, so I'll probably almost be back to basics. Can't wait! I gotta give my Achilles a rest from all the running and jumping I've been doing. :ohwell:0
