I'm late joining and I haven't measured since Sept 25th-ish buuuuut:

I've been doing 30DS since Sept 10 and have actually added 1/2" on my left arm, lost 1/2" on my right arm and 1/2" around my waist; otherwise nothing else has changed.

Ok have have finished level 1 so thought I would also do a measurement comparison. I have been doing shred and some other exercise (walking, jogging, spinning) all but one day out of the 11 days so far.
