Challenge suggestions

To make things easier, here is a place where you can suggest exercise a food challenges to be used in the future.

    Some ideas for weekly exercise challenges:
    * Do a minimum of 30 crunches every day - either in one set or 3 sets of 10.
    * Do a minimum of 20 lounges (both legs) every day - either all together or 2 sets of 10.
    * Do 50 jumping jacks everyday
    * Walk for a half hour everyday

    Some ideas for weekly food challenges:
    * Eat no junk food at all for a week
    * Do not order out/ eat out for a week (home cooked meals only)
    * Eat one salad of any type every day

    need to be able to make challenges everyone can do. Like 30 mins of some form of excersise each day, or eat within 100 calories of your goal, or get your 8 cups of water a day.

  • I think we need a challenge for this week. I think we are starting to lose focus
  • I agree a challenge is needed to regain focus (at least for me). How about a clean eating challenge. Foods with 5 ingredients or less. I am, however willing to at least TRY anything! LOL
  • My challenge is to be under my calorie goal every day but I am open to any sort of other challenge to get me focused
