Busy New Mommy-to-be

Hi ladies!!
I'm 6w, overweight for my height already, and I know I'm only supposed to gain about 20 lbs throughout this whole pregnancy.
I've changed my eating habits to eating smaller, more frequent meals, along with more fresh foods, and staying away from a lot of sodium and sugar intake.
I would LOVE to work out like I've seen a lot of you do, but unfortunately, I just don't have the time.
I'm up at 5:15 (I know that will be different when baby comes!) and work till 5, then we usually have booked week nights until the weekend. I'm also a photographer on the side, so that takes up all the extra time I have.
Does anyone else on here struggle with finding time to work out while you're pregnant and have a bazillion other things going on already?

Congrats on your little one! What about your lunchbreak at work? I often just walk during my lunchbreak, and now that the weather is changing it's so much nicer outside. Otherwise, exercise broken up throughout the day counts too - even if you do bodyweight exercises for 10 minutes in the morning, walk 15 minutes at lunch, and do 10 more minutes after work, every little bit counts!0

I agree with FitMama, see if you can sneak some exercise in during lunchtime. Also what about doing a short walk right before bed? Just 20-30 minutes is better then nothing0

@Christiana, that sounds like a pretty insane schedule! How is it been going since you wrote this post? Have you found the time to work out?0
