First SL workout today

Hello everyone! I had my first SL workout today. I have not lifted heavier weights in a while so I just used the bar for weight. I am obese so I did do 10 minutes of walking on a treadmill and 10 minutes on the bike. I am looking forward to continuing this journey.

Nice! I do cardio on off-days, and sometimes I do a tiny bit on weight days, too. It depends how much I want to eat.0

Welcome! I only do the dreaded cardio on off weight days. Absolutely LOVE 5x50
