Well after a week full of stress, no motivation & complete negativity, it's amazing I lost AT ALL. I'm really counting this as a blessing on my life to keep me from getting discouraged on my weight loss journey. So I'm taking my loss, because A LOSS IS A LOSS. No matter how small and I'm letting that MOTIVATE me for this upcoming week.
And for more motivation.... I will be setting a mini goal for myself for next week & determine a minimum exercise goal as well. More details to come! Happy Friday everyone! WOMP! I started the 30 Day Shred this week and I overate yesterday so I'm hoping the gain is a combination of too much sodium and a little muscle growth coupled with water retention. I don't feel discouraged. I think next week I will see a nice big drop, which I'm looking forward to.0 -
Down 1.9 lb this week... and while I'm excited that I'm down it's the same 10 lbs I keep losing/gaining back so I'm determined to work my butt off next week to get me out of this 10 lb hold!!0

Way to stay positive!!! It will happen eventually. Keep working on it! If you think you may be plateauing it might be time to change up the exercise rountine or something though! Keep at it!0 -

I'm headed to the gym to weigh in and work out in about an hour...I still have been "off" on my eating so we'll see what that affect has on the scale.0
