Ok, gang. It's nearly October. New month, new name, new goals! The "Starting Weight" for October will be whatever you weighed in at for Sept 28th. I'll move everyone over to the new tab soon.
Also, October is the start of monthly goal-setting. Pick a goal (aggressive yet achievable) for yourself and add it to the sheet. Each week you'll see your progress. Make a plan to achieve that goal and stick to it!
Invite some friends, the more the merrier! Help motivate others, that's what we're all here for.

I am 0.4 lbs away from hitting a goal weight (#2) for tomorrow's weight in and breaking the plateau....cross those fingers...

On the spreadsheet the last date on it is Oct 31st..That is Wed. Are we to weigh twice next week? I am going to be out of town fr the next two weeks so I am not sure if I can get to a scale..I am going to see if I can find one of those scales they have in the truck stops..hopefuly it will be my friend for the next two weeks..Unless I get blown away from the hurricane..0

No worries claw....this is a long term commitment so if you don't log for a couple of weeks, you can pick it up when you get back.
Enjoy your time away but be good too! Who knows, when you get back from a 2 week hiatus, you might be down a bunch of pounds to report! woot woot!

I hope so...Since I won't have the kids or husband around I can actually do some real dieting and not worry about making two meals or anything..Just focus on me. I did check out the hotel the company is putting me up in..It has a gym and a walking track..So in the evening sinceI have nothing else better to do..I am going to hit the gym, and then walk..I can even get my walking in early in the morning..I just hope my foot is up for it..I am suppose to be in a walking cast for another week. I actually tried normal shoes yesterday..Still hurts really bad, but I can put pressure on it again..I figured I needed to at least attempt it, since wearing the boot while flying is going to really suck..Escpecially at the Atlanta airport..and Orlando airport..Both are chaotic..and to move around on a plane..Holy cow! I just thought about something..This will be my first time on a plane since I have lost a little bit of weight..Last time I was on I weighed 315..hmm..I might actually have some room in my seat..Oh! What a NSV that would be..0
