Hello
I was wondering how the people that has done this for more than a couple of months is progressing.
Did you continue with this way of counting/ingesting/burning calories or did you quit because it was not effective for you?
I honestly found a bit scary to increase my calorie intake at this point, but I will consider it if I reach a plateau in the future.
Thank you.

I was doing it long term, and was doing quite well as you still reduce your calories gradually as you lose weight by continuously updating your goals on a weekly basis, however, I got pregnant and have been off the wagon for almost a year. I have now got back on the wagon and came right back to this method because it works for me, and I don't feel hungry when doing it and I don't plateau.0
