Yes i lost 1,2 pounds !! I´m so happy that the scale has finaly moved in my favor!

    My ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge -- Is to hit my goal weight of 150 lbs! That means I have 20 lbs to go after today!

    Starting Weight as of Sept 15th -- 173.2 lbs

    9/22 wt -- 171.8 (-1.4 lbs)

    9/29 wt -- 170.0 (-1.8 lbs)

    Total wt loss for this challenge so far -- 3.4 lbs

    The first two weeks of September were completely stalled for me but things seem to be back on track. I started drinking alot more water throughout the day and I purchased a Polar HRM to get a better handle on my calories burned during exercise. I love, love LOVE my Bowflex Treadclimber, but it lies!

    Staying focused on eating healthy but not obsessing if I stray a little. Weather has been a little cooler & with the leaves starting to change, the motivation is there to get out & walk a little more.     After being poorly i have gained 2lb, so i now have 12lb to go to reach my goal and less time, not impressed!!!! Now i'm better i've got to seriously step up my game. Cx

    My weight yesterday morning was 177.2
    9/15/12 was 180.4
    9/22/12 was 179.2
    9/29/12 was 177.2

    so 3.2 lbs down in 3 weeks. Hopefully i will hit 15 down!

    When this started I was leaving for vacation and weighed in at 202. Now I am back and weigh 207. I don't think that is too bad for a 2wk vacation.
    My goal for Christmas is 20lbs (15+ 5 from vacation).
