i'm back for my usual 50+. i'm shooting for more quality over quantity this month, so we'll see how it goes. (more intervals, more hills.... more pain! lol)0

Mark me down for 125 again. I really should go farther but I need to get back to the gym and some weight work. Getting closer to my goal weight and I really need to start building my upper body a little.0

9/30: 10 miles
9/24 & 9/25: 8.5 each day= 17
9/20 & 9/21: 6 each day= 12
I did the Virginia Beach Rock n' Roll half marathon the first week of the September for 13.1
So for September, I can recall at least 53 miles. Now that I know how to record it. I'll be more accurate.

Count me in for October! I'm going to push mine to 70 this time... I think this may be a stretch considering our running schedule/race dates but we'll try (and hope) for the best!0
