How should we log this into MFP?

A lot of people use a heart rate monitor to track calories and manually plug them in. Some put in "cercuit training~general" since Jillian's 30DS uses the 3~2~1 cercuit and put in 20-25 mins and it averages about 200 calories.0

Circuit Training - General
It's what I use, considering this is circuit training. But it forgot to put (jillian style) at the end, automatically adds an extra dose of torture.0 -
My HRM gives me about 260-280 cals for the 25 minutes... Its pretty close to what MFP gives me for 25 min of "aerobics high impact."0

I have a HRM and it comes close to what I've actually burned.0 -
I was entering it as low impact and knew i had to of burned way more than 170 cal. circuit training sounds way more appropriate for how i feel. Finished 15 mins ago and im still sweating:) Im loving it0

I used the circuit training as a guide and then personalized it for 30 Day Shred... I know it is a rough estimate and I account for that when I am eating. I try to stay under by a little more than 100 just to be sure.0
