It's my favorite holiday of the year, who else spent Saturday damaging their diet?

    Hubs and I have our own celebration each year. We grill bratwurst, make sauerkraut and homemade soft pretzels. And BEER! Some kind of fall beer like pumpkin ale or Octoberfest by Sam Adams, something like that.

    BUT we do it in October.

    hey, I don't make the oktoberfest rules, I just follow them. According to this, it officially begins in September and ends in October.

    Yes, I know it begins in September. I'm just saying that's why I didn't spend last Saturday celebrating...b/c we haven't had ours yet.
