gluten free dumplings

a favourite winter dish that my mum used to make is ash and dumplings which is basically same as stew and dumplings but my mum used to use tomato soup instead of gravy.
I've always used to use a dumpling mix or pre-made ones as I can't make them as good, anyone know where I could find gluten free dumpling mix?

I know that Bisquick makes a gluten free version. Maybe you can make dumplings with it? It has many uses including pancakes, biscuits etc.0

I've got a recipe for dumplings at home that I can send you after work - it's made with almond flour, flax seeds, potato starch and parsley so it's pretty healthy and gluten free! They're super easy to make but a little denser than your average dumpling but I think they work quite well.0
