Sorry I am late on the update!
This weeks challenge is 5 hours of Cardio. Anything you want and it can be combined also, as long as it gets the heart rate going!
Running, Jump Rope, Treadmill, Elliptical, Rollerblading, etc.

I think 5 hours is do-able, but not really pushing to the extreme. That 3500 calorie burn or the 20 miles really pushed.0

When I thought of this challenge, I guess I had myself in mind. I lift weights and do cardio when I go to the gym and I am there for 2 hours, 5 days a week. The cardio is only 30 minutes worth, which is equal to about 2.5 hours weekly. So I figured it was a push for me to double the cardio and I thought that it would be a push for everyone also.
Sorry guys if this one is too easy. I will make sure you hate me next week, LOL.

Awesome. Completed another challenge for this week. 10-5: added one hour of zumba and 50 mins to my cardio. In addition to that summed everything up with the extra elliptical trainer workouts here and there along with walks. Yay. So happy! I did it!0
