Calculating calories burned

So I have been running/walking on the treadmill for quite sometime and as much as I like it I have decided to change things up and do some of the exercise tapes that I have had for years. For example Billy Blanks Tae bo, Gilad Jankowicz etc. Just not sure how to figure out what the calorie burn would be. Any suggestions?

Go to Exercise: Database.
There you can find the list of exercises that are already in the mfp website. I have a good friend that picks an exercise from the list that is the same type of thing that you did in the tape. For instance she has one tape that is strength training so she picks "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" for that one.
Once you know the "names" in the database you can add them to your exercise diary more easily.
