What is everyone trying to get accomplished for October? I would like to keep up with weightlifting that i just started last month. I'd like to lose about 3 lb in October. Maybe even more... just depends. My goal is to be down a total of 10 by Thanksgiving. So right now that would leave me about 6 lb left. I think I can do it! I also bought some nice pants in my goal size and they are a little snug right now but I feel like if those remaining 6lb go away I will be able to wear them comfortably.

I will be watching what I eat very carefully and of course getting my runs in and weights done. My goal is to get to 169 by the end of October and get these size 10s looser, and maybe fit into some 8s.

I just started a new challenge that goes from Oct 1 to right before Christmas. My goal is to rock the challenge and hold up my end for the rest of my team mates.

I am also still working on the C25K program and will be in my first 5k on Nov. 3rd of which my only goal is to finish in under 45 minutes.

I would love to lose about 5lbs this month and continue with my downward trend.

Most importantly my goal is to stick with it this month. I start back to school on Oct 22nd (I had to start late due to financial aid issues) and due to the start date I am taking accellerated courses and doing 16 weeks in 8 weeks time. So 4 courses over 8 weeks, two small kids, administrative duties for the business my guys run, meals to prepare, housework to keep under control and exercising should keep me busy and half insane for a while at least.
