off season training

Right now it's off season for our team for a couple of months. We still have our skating rink rented out for two practices a week if anyone wants to come. Only a few of us are showing up and I feel like I'm not pushing myself as hard as if the whole team is there. So does anyone have any suggestions for drills for small groups (there's only been four of us the last two practices)? Also, any good ideas for training off skates? I started couch to 5k. I also am trying to skate outside on our bikepath when I can. Any other good ideas?
