Hey! Let's work the shoulders for today challenge! Who cares if is turtleneck season! We still want beautiful shoulders..svelte and but yet STRONG!!!!

Seated dumb-bell press
Lateral raises with DB(dumb-bell)
Upright-row with a bar-bell/or dumb-bells

Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps for each exercise. Pick a weight that is not too heavy you can't complete a set and not too light that you feel like you could do 20 more. YOU have to search and find that weight for yourself....good technique is so key if don't know YOU TUBE the exercise!
