    favorite quote for Qian..
"When the time and situation are not suitable for one to move, one should
have patience. On the other hand, when the time and circumstances are
favorable for one to advance, one should not lose the opportunity. This is
what the ancient sage meant: following the way of Nature. It is as simple
as putting on more clothing when the weather gets cold. When your stomach
feels empty, take something to eat. Likewise, the ancient sage encourages
the diviner to follow the way of a superior person, always vitalizing
    and advancing oneself"
  • Haven't read it...But I'm glad you are....it sounds interesting....

I practice Ba Duan Jin, and have done several different Asian arts throughout my life.....I've always read everything I have found on Gongfu, Taoism, Confucianism, etc, over the last 30 years I live what can be considered a semi-taoist life...I don't adhere to labels or rigidly stated dogma, but I do indeed agree that if it can be named.....It's an illusion.

I read something every night before sleep...It ranges from Chan seng-Feng to manly P Hall....I find the similarities between them all very comforting.
