A super simple Crunchy All Bran Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
4 oz skinless/ boneless chicken breast (110 cals)
1 tbsp of HP bold sauce (20 cals)
1 cup of All Bran Flakes cereal (110 cals)
6 leaves of Romaine Lettuce and what ever else you want in your salad (20 cals)
Calorie Wise Italian Dressing (5 cals/tbsp)
Total: 260 cals
Directions:
Brush sauce on chicken and coat with crushed All Bran. Put in oven at 350-400 until cooked (duh ;P)
Mix in with salad (I usually skip the dressing b/c its very high in sodium and I usually find that lettuce doesn't need dressing)
This is a yummy supper I frequently have that has lots of protein, fiber and is under 300 cals!0
