Zumba

I'm 14 weeks and was so happy to hear my dr. say I could continue doing zumba as long as I kept one foot on the floor at all times.

Anyone else out there pregnant and doing zumba :flowerforyou:

    I continued zumba for a long time, and only stopped because I just stopped going, but because I couldn't. I probably last did it 4 weeks ago and I'm currently 33 weeks. I was actually thinking about doing some on my kinect...enjoy your zumba!

    Nice! I really enjoy it and since I have the green light, I plan to continue and just listen to my body and make the proper modifications!

    im only just pregnant but i do zumba too i was going to 2 classes a week but cut it to once a week and swimming once a week as im doing insanity too, i will try and continue all exercise until i cant bend! i never got a bump in my last 2 pregnancies so im hoping i can carry on pretty late with this one :)

    Our gym doesn't have a pool or I would LOVE to swim once or twice a week. Right now it's just Zumba twice a week and walking a few days in between. I dread working out beforehand but I feel so good afterwards and the next day!

    I kept up with Zumba classes until partway through my second trimester. Loved it! Then I got tired too easily and got sick, and I switched to swimming. As soon as I'm cleared for exercise, I'm going back to Zumba.

    Keep it up as long as you can, we have mamas here with impressive workout routines!
