After dointg the shred, what does everyone enter into their MFP? I was thinking 25 minutes of gereral aerobics, or perhaps circuit training..

I've been recording it as circuit training, but it seems pretty high. I've been wondering how everyone else does it too.....0

I do 20 minutes of circut training, general. it comes out to 167 calories for me0

I use the Jillian micheals app to record my calories. In there they count 27 minutes of 30ds as 260-271 cal. (145-142 lbs body weight).0

I record it as "Curves Circuit Training" just because the calories burned were lower than some other choices, and I didn't want to over-estimate my burn.
