Weight Gain

I ate my feelings this week and posted a gain
I was so tempted to lie, and catch up next week - but the whole point of joining a group is being accountable right?
So I admit, I had a bad day on Friday, then took a few days to get back on track, but sharing my gain with you all is motivation to keep it clean and focus on each meal every day rather than drowning my sorrow in foods that do not do my body good
Because of my knee injury I cannot work off a bad meal (or meals) the way I usually do, and that is part of what has me down, I really miss skating and running and working out, but it will be a few months before I can do any type of impact, so I need to adjust....and focus on what I CAN do.

Good for you to keep it honest! That is actually helpful for you to possibly not give in to comfort foods again. It is so easy to put the weight on! And a lot of work to take it off! Hang in there and do the best you can considering your injury.0
