Well October is upon me and I plan to work at it and keep on sticking to my goals.

October 1st weight- 179.6
October 8 goal- 177.6
October 15 goal 175.6
October 22- goal 173.6
October 31- goal 171.6

  • I'm new to the group, but have some goals in mind for October.

    1. Track my meals for the rest of the month.
    2. Drink at least 6 cups of water a day (I'll increase once I meet this goal(.
    3. Workout 3-4 times a week.
