I'm looking for some new friends for support and motivation. I've been usuing MFP but haven't really been on it everyday but now I'm going to stick to it and log in my foods and workouts. I noticed while i logged my food the other day that I was not reaching my daily protein goal which I would like to improve on. I am currently doing Insanity 60 day program. Going into week 3. I have done it before but didn't complete the program. My goal is to graduate from the program but also to be 50 pounds less and back to being healthy and fit.
