Just finished day 4!! I have to say I felt really tired today, I def still pushed myself but know it wasnt as hard as the previous days! So def gonna kick it even harder tomorrow on Day 5! Still feel like I got an amazing work out tho!!

    I finished off day 3 and 4 today since I missed yesterday! I feel like I had to take more breaks today, because im still a bit congested(stupid allergies!) but I still finished strong. I was going to try level 2 out but decided to just stick with level 1 for now, So I did the warm up, the workoutX2 and the cool down, about 40 minutes of JM and over 500 calories burned. Stay strong ladies, the mid point of each level is supposed to be the hardest, we can get through this!

    Did my 40 minute Last Chance Workout took a 20 minute break then did Day 4 of 30 day shred. Great workout and I burned close to 800 calories. I have to say its getting easier everyday to do the combo of both exercises. The first 3 days I was exhausted by the end but today I am feeling so energized and happy. I love Jillian's workouts, Cant wait till the end of the month to see how awesome we all did!!!

    Great Job Everyone :) We are all doing excellent and we are almost done with week one!

    Day 4 DONE ! feel much better today I was actually looking forward to doing the workout ! Maybe tomorrow I'll do day 5 shred and check out burn fat boost metabolism DVD, anyone tried that one ? X

    Completed! Today felt great! I can definitely see my stamina improving. I did a post workout stretching yoga session and it made ne feel even better. That's the only thing about the 30DS I'm not liking, is the lack of a thorough cool down stretch. Other then that it's fantastic!

    Definitely struggling with the mental portion of this commitment, even while I feel the physical part is getting easier. Still, got it done! Nice work everyone!

    D4 complete!! Did double duty today because I missed yesterday...d3 this afternoon...now just did d4! Second time around was harder due to my muscles already being tired from my first round but I pushed thru and gave it all I could. Now time for a shower and bed! Lookin forward to more improvements tomorrow! :-)

    Today will be day 3 for me since I've been sick. My problem is that I won't be home till Monday and I don't have weights. I've been using water bottles with water as a substitute but I don't feel like I'm getting the kinda workout I should.

    Day 4 done:) i was contemplating doing level 2 just to work different muscles. my quads aare killing me....

    I completed L1D4 on 10/3 but neglected to check in. I finished D5 yesterday as well.
