Happy Thursday! It's been a crazy busy day for me. How are you all doing? It's almost the weekend!!
It's reason to smile day! My reason to smile today is that I have, as of today, been 4 days without a cigarette!! It's been a rough 4 days and I still have several rough days ahead of me, but I am going to do this! I wan to be able to run longer and faster and I will never be able to do that if I continue smoking.
