Hey Group,
Just thought I'd update. Just finished U.S. Army OSUT at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and since starting to use MFP last year I have dropped 41 lbs. I dropped around 20-25 lbs during my 19 weeks of training. Heading home and then to my duty station. Eating out a lot already during my trip home so in the morning I'm hitting the hotel gym around 0700 for a run on the treadmill and weight lifting. I got a 231 on my last PT and my goal is to hit around 250 in the next couple of months when I get to my unit.
