October Challenge

Hey Ladies...It's week 1 of the October Challenge (Eat Clean/Workout 5 days/week). I have to say that I am still challenged with the clean eating part - but loving the fact that I am moving back towards 5-6 days/week workouts!

My challenge with the CE is that afternoon crave of coffee and a piece of something sweet. So yesterday I saved my morning snack (apple w/ Justin's peanut butter) for my afternoon snack. Woo - so much better. I'm going to give it another try today.

The workout part of the challenge isn't difficult since my co-workers and I have challenged each other to log 52 miles this month.

How is everyone else doing on Wk1?
