Starting Weight: 142
Goal Weight: 139 (so I can officially say I've entered the 130's!
Current Weight: 142 (haven't lost anything yet)
These last couple lbs are definitely the hardest, but my true goals are all about what I see in the mirror-- I've seen great progress with muscle tone and my ability/stamina at the gym, which is awesome!
I will be focusing on muscle tone for the remainder of this challenge, and hopefully end with some toned abs

For the challenge, my goals are:
Average 5 hours (sessions) per week of cardio (swimming)
Average 3 hours (sessions) per week of lifting (to begin once I reach earlier goal of 50 pounds down)
Lose 40 pounds (Sept. 17th to Dec. 17th, my weigh ins are on Mondays)
Eliminate the processed foods from my diet.
Initial weight 474
Week 01 - 471 (-3 week / -3 for challenge) (4 pool/3 weights) (happy with the foods chosen)
Week 02 - 470 (-1 week / -4 for challenge) (0 pool/0 weights) (1 binge meal of a foot long sub and a large pizza)
Week 03 - 462 (-8 week / -12 for challenge) (0 pool/4 weights) (a bit low on food and water but happy with the foods chosen)
After a terrible week last week, I got in four sessions of weight lifting but had no desire to go to the pool. I knew I needed to get back at the exercise so I made myself go before work then repeated my lifts in the evening. This worked well Monday and Wednesday but I didn't make it in after that. I was able to get in a decent walk yesterday but still need to work at getting my exercise in to meet my goals.
