Just finished Day 7!! I feel so tired!! Normally I will do my shred mid morning an hr after I have eaten breakfast, this morning I wanted to get it out of the way first thing tho and felt like I didn't have as much energy as normal since I hadn't eaten breakfast yet. Thinking I am gonna stick to my mid morning shred so I have enough energy to give it my ALL!! Still sweating crazy though so I know I got a good work out!!

I know what you mean! I felt so weak yesterday when I did 30mins of cardio before and then I did the shred and I did not eat breakfast as I usually would. I was dragging. I am so dissapointed that I didn't get up early this morning to do L1D7 because I am working my 24hr shift so I will be unable to do my workout today. Tomorrow I will conquer D7 as soon as I get home.0

Just finished! I cleaned my house for 6 hrs today and then just decided to get it done right after. So glad I did. Now to just relax and unwind the rest of the night. I feel so accomplished this week!0

Technically I didn't take a rest day, I just didn't get around to doing it on saturday, but I planned to double up, do sat exercise and monday exercise now . Wish me luck... I don't want to be behind. You may want to consider doubling up the days that you missed. Let me know how that works out for you.0 -
