First time doing Turbo Fire...well, sort of...

Hi everyone. I'm new to the group. I'm starting Turbo Fire tomorrow. I say "sort of" new because I received the dvds in the mail last Wednesday and didn't really want to wait until tomorrow to start so I worked out on Thursday and Friday. Then life got in the way this past weekend.
I've never realy stuck with a work out plan. But I absolutely need to this time. I leave for the UK in 80 days and I don't want to look back on these pictures and focus on my weight. I've been on my weight loss journey since June and have lost 8 pounds :ohwell: I see a nutrionist and have had blood tests. Nothing. I don't want to give up though, so this is me kicking my body into gear.
So, if anyone else is starting tomorrow, I'd love to be friends! Even if you don't start tomorrow and just have some words of wisdom to impart I'm thankful for that as well. The first day I talked myself out of completing it because of the pain and the fact that I couldn't breathe. The second day I finished it so I'm proud of myself. But I know that I'm going to have more of those days where I fight myself and go back and forth about finishing and not finishing.
I need to do this! Not just for my trip but because I want to show myself that I can stick with it

You can do it! Chalene is such a great motivator-- I "liked" her page on Facebook because she's always posting such inspiring things. Put it on your schedule and just do it!0
