The Hardest Thing for You!

The hardest thing for me when losing weight is not feeling like I am starving, and then not eating everything in site.

Oh, and fast food... So easy and convenient, and so high in calories and fat...

  • Hardest thing for me, JUNK FOOD and working out.

    I love cookies (oreos or chips ahoy), snack packs (chocolate or vanilla), popcorn (kettle or butter), poptarts (strawberry), and all the bad for you cereals. I always crave junk at night, and it calls me. It literally pulls at my heart strings and I can hear the junk calling my name saying "eat me". Its horrible (as I sit here eating 2 cups of Kettle Corn to not blow my diet).

    The other thing is working out, after babysitting a 2 year old along with being the sole provider on a daily basis to a 5 month old, I'm exhausted and want nothing more than to sit on my happy *kitten*.

    I need to be skinny and fit, I have to maintain my goals!
  • The hardest thing for me is making good decisions while dining out. I have a lot of friends that always like to meet up for brunch, dinner, or drinks. I know there are decent options I could chose, but I usually pick what I really like instead of what I should chose.

    This week has been tough because LO has been up every 2 hours at night and has been inconsolable. I've have not worked out once and I have my 5k this Saturday.

    How are you guys doing??
