The hardest thing for me when losing weight is not feeling like I am starving, and then not eating everything in site.
Oh, and fast food... So easy and convenient, and so high in calories and fat...

Hardest thing for me, JUNK FOOD and working out.
I love cookies (oreos or chips ahoy), snack packs (chocolate or vanilla), popcorn (kettle or butter), poptarts (strawberry), and all the bad for you cereals. I always crave junk at night, and it calls me. It literally pulls at my heart strings and I can hear the junk calling my name saying "eat me". Its horrible (as I sit here eating 2 cups of Kettle Corn to not blow my diet).
The other thing is working out, after babysitting a 2 year old along with being the sole provider on a daily basis to a 5 month old, I'm exhausted and want nothing more than to sit on my happy *kitten*.
I need to be skinny and fit, I have to maintain my goals!0 -
The hardest thing for me is making good decisions while dining out. I have a lot of friends that always like to meet up for brunch, dinner, or drinks. I know there are decent options I could chose, but I usually pick what I really like instead of what I should chose.
This week has been tough because LO has been up every 2 hours at night and has been inconsolable. I've have not worked out once and I have my 5k this Saturday.
